The results typically include, but are not limited to, reduced pain and tension, improved circulation and range of motion of the muscles and fascia.

Cupping is an effective technique that aims to improve body movement, relieve tight muscles, reduce pain and inflammation and increase blood flow to help stimulate the natural healing process. There are different techniques and types of cups (glass, silicone, plastic) that can be used. Cupping can leave some discoloration (bruise-like) on the skin over the treatment area, but fades away with time. The most common uses for cupping are to help with pain and inflammation, increase blood flow, decrease muscle tension, reduce toxin levels and release of scar tissue and fascial adhessions.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage assists with the movement of lymph throughout the body. Some benefits include reducing water retention, aiding with the removal of toxins, promoting immune function, improving digestion, diminishing inflammation and bloating, and decreasing tension in the body - the final result leaving you feeling refreshed, energized and lighter.

Body Care Treatments:

LIFT CORPS TREATMENT - This treatment features an exfoliating session followed by a bio-reflex massage
